This is the time of the year to consider moving from Green tea towards Oolong.
Green tea is traditionally considered cooling (good to drink in the summer), while Red tea (known as black tea in the West) is warming.
OOLONG tea sits between the two and makes a lovely seasonal bridge, a good Oolong can be enjoyed warm throughout the day, reflect upon the transition as summer cool through autumn towards winter, and ask yourself what that means to you.
